Here is (from left,to right) My cousin Jeremy, Randy Travis, & Me! Randy sang about 2 and a half hours. He walked off stage after he had sang 2 hours with a standing ovation. Then he came back on stage and said "It's just too hard to leave an audience who is giving you a standing ovation"!!  Then he sang for another 30 minutes with songs from Hag & Hank he loves!! Then I went backstage with my backstage pass. There was only 8 of us that got to meet him. So, we talked to him for about 5 or 10 minutes. He signed my guitar and my old "Storms Of Life" Record. He signed my record with "Josh, Great to meet you, God Bless, Randy Travis." He is a very nice man.



Randy also did one song with just himself playing guitar and singing without the band. It was nice to hear him play by himself!!! Just like it has been said about George Jones so many times When you meet Randy if You didn't know who he was you would of thought he worked down at the gas station. He's very humble and just a genually nice person!!



If you want more stories I can tell you some about the concert!! Just ask for em'!!



Randy Travis was GREAT!!!!!

I also may be seeing Kenny Rogers this year.
The paramount in my hometown is already trying to book Randy for next year!! I can't wait to see him & maybe meet him again!

That will be GREAT! Then I Will Know What To Expect Kinda. So then how do you usually meet Gene Watson @ a concert? Anyway to get a picture with him?? i can't wait to hear all the deatils about your Hag concert & can't wait until mine!!!!              Josh

Pretty sure Gene comes out and signs after shows, depending on the venue, so you should be able to meet him !

I appreciate you understanding my dream of me wanting to meet and greet Randy Travis one day. To have the honor will be a dream come true. To share with friends who understand my dream that it has come true that I met Randy will be great. I always enjoy reading about fans who have met him and hope one day to share my story. Great story!
